**About Us**: BubbaDesk is a coworking space with onsite childcare, offering a calm, connected setting where parents and children thrive in separate but side-by-side spaces. We focus on building strong relationships and quality care for children aged 0-2 years—free from the traditional demands of programming and documentation.

**The Role**:

- Support a small team of educators and nannies
- Build strong relationships with families and children
- Ensure the daily running of the centre is smooth, safe, and nurturing
- Uphold compliance and quality standards in a low-stress environment
- Create a warm, welcoming culture aligned with BubbaDesk values

**What We’re Looking For**: Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Confident with regulations, compliance, and leading a small team Calm, approachable, and relationship-focused Passionate about infant and toddler care

**Location**: BubbaDesk Dickson **Position Type**: Full-time or Part-time (negotiable)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16
- 36 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- On call
