- HPA Level 4 ($73.00 to $77.63 per hour) + Super

**About the Role**
**As Service Manager**, you will provide operational and clinical leadership across the hEP Canberra program. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented services while driving performance, workforce capability, and continuous improvement.
You’ll lead the Continuing Care Team (CCT) and the team leaders of MATT and FRT ensuring strong clinical governance, service integration, and positive outcomes for young people and their families.
**About the program**
headspace Early Psychosis follows the Orygen EPPIC model, delivering integrated youth mental health care through**:
- Mobile Assessment and Treatment Team (MATT)
- Continuing Care Team (CCT)
- Functional Recovery Team (FRT)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Early Psychosis program
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to Team Leaders and staff
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, recovery-oriented care
- Embed clinical governance, risk management, and quality frameworks
- Drive service performance, data quality, and reporting outcomes
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
- Contribute to budget management and operational planning
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the broader service system
- Lead continuous improvement, audits, and accreditation processes
**About You**
You are a confident and values-driven leader with a strong clinical background and a passion for youth mental health.
**You bring**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or a related discipline
- Current registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA or AASW)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in mental health, including leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience leading and supervising multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and quality systems
- Experience managing service delivery, performance, and complex environments
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and lead through change
- Commitment to recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally protected practice
**Desirable**:
- Experience in early psychosis programs
- Budget and financial management experience
