Café Supervisor Dickson

Highroad Cafe / Restauraunt is looking for a confident and experienced Supervisor to help lead our vibrant front-of-house team. About the Role:

As a Supervisor, you'll be working closely with our venue manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across both floor and front counter service. As we are open for evenings you will also be in charge of supervising our night trade which is Thursday/Friday/Saturday evenings. You’ll lead by example, uphold high standards, and keep both the team and customers smiling.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Supervising our night time trade on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays

Opening and or closing the café

Leading and supporting FOH team members during service

Managing bookings and floor flow

Maintaining high levels of customer service and presentation

Training junior staff and supporting onboarding

Coordinating with kitchen and barista teams for smooth service

Handling basic administrative or stock tasks as needed

We’re Looking For Someone With:

Previous experience in a supervisor or leadership role in a café or restaurant

Knowledge of cocktails, wine and bar skills

Solid floor presence and excellent communication skills

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

The ability to stay calm under pressure and keep the team on track

A love for outstanding hospitality, good coffee, and building a positive team culture

RSA certificate (required)
