Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit new finance applications Assist with the settlement of recent car purchases Ensure 100% compliance with relevant financiers and maintain up-to-date accreditation Continually seek to improve the quality and efficiency of systems and processes Work closely with other department managers to deliver outstanding customer service and sales outcomes To be proficient in finance retention

To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in automotive finance within a dealership and a proven track record Compliance with all financiers Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to seek guidance where necessary Exceptional attention to detail and a highly qualified approach The ability to work autonomously A friendly, customer-focused attitude
