Join our team supporting three premium Volvo dealerships across Melbourne. An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Stock Controller to join our Volvo Cars team based in Doncaster. Reporting directly to the Senior Stock Controller, you will play a key role in managing vehicle inventory across our Doncaster, South Yarra and Brighton dealerships, ensuring accurate stock management and a seamless vehicle journey from arrival through to customer delivery. As Stock Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of vehicle inventory management across multiple locations. Working closely with the Senior Stock Controller, sales teams, administration staff and external stakeholders, you will ensure stock records remain accurate, vehicles are processed efficiently, and dealership operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

- Manage vehicle stock across our Doncaster, South Yarra and Brighton dealerships
- Monitor and coordinate incoming and outgoing vehicle movements, including inter-dealership transfers
- Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records and system updates
- Assist with vehicle ordering, receipting and stock reconciliations
- Coordinate registrations, compliance requirements and vehicle deliveries
- Liaise with sales teams, service departments and external suppliers to ensure timely vehicle processing
- Conduct regular stock audits and prepare inventory reports
- Ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for customer handover
- Support the Senior Stock Controller with daily stock management activities and process improvements About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Stock Controller within the automotive industry (essential)
- Solid attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple dealership locations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working with dealership management systems and inventory software
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
