**The Role**: As the junior commercial property manager, your day-to-day duties will include the below;
- Supporting the Property Managers in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties across the Eastern suburbs.
- Overseeing lease renewals and ensuring smooth operations
- Managing property maintenance and resolving related issues
- Handling arrears management and general administrative tasks
- Assisting with accounting responsibilities
- A strong passion for Commercial property
- Previous exposure to Commercial property
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Your Agents Rep or Agents Licence
