For more than 50 years, we’ve been delivering a unique mix of learning and therapeutic services which support participants to maximise their wellbeing, achieve their goals and reach their potential.

**We are looking for a part-time clinical educator to carry out the following work**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of participant support levels and care needs.
- Identify and document participants requiring additional supports outside high-intensity criteria.
- Create a matrix to assess whether a participant meets the high-intensity criteria or falls outside of it, while still needing additional support.
- Offer expert clinical guidance to the Client Services team to inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement training initiatives to improve staff competency in specialized health support.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure holistic participant care and support

**What we’re looking for in you**

To deliver what we need in this role, you will be:

- _Proficient in leadership, project management, and communication, with a focus on collaborating effectively with individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families._
- _Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in diverse team environments, possessing extensive knowledge of current clinical practices, policies, and procedures._
- _Proven track record in reviewing, developing, and implementing clinical practice policies, along with exceptional time management skills._
- _Recognised proficiency in identifying clinical education needs and comprehensive understanding of the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Framework._

- **Full Drivers’ License**:

- **NDIS Workers’ Screening Check/Disability Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)**:

- **Current Nursing Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia**:

- **5 Years full time equivalent post registration experience.**

**Job Type**: Part time

Pay: $45.00
- $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
