Key requirements


- Streamline onboarding process for JLG Brands across key roles
- Develop JLG Induction and roll out using existing systems / tech
- Review certification bodies to tap into apprenticeship streams etc
- Identify Management skill and knowledge gaps and develop strategy and roadmap to address. Learning & Capability Development


- Support the development of capability frameworks and learning pathways.
- Ensure learning programs contribute to improved skills, capability, and on-the-job performance.
- Work with leaders to reinforce learning through application and development conversations.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, data, and performance outcomes.
- Continuously improve learning solutions based on insights and changing needs. Learning Strategy & Planning


- Support the development and delivery of the organisation's Learning & Development (L&D;) strategy.
- Translate business and workforce needs into clear learning priorities and plans.
- Work with stakeholders to understand capability gaps and learning requirements.
- Ensure learning initiatives are aligned with organisational goals and values.
- Contribute to planning cycles and provide input on emerging learning needs. Learning Design & Delivery


- Design, deliver and manage the rollout of relevant learning programs across leadership, technical and professional development areas.
- Use a mix of learning approaches, including digital, blended, and face-to-face delivery.
- Maintain and curate learning content to keep it current and effective. Leadership & Team Development


- Support leadership development programs and initiatives aligned to organisational leadership expectations.
- Contribute to a positive learning culture that encourages growth and development. Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:


- Tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Development or related discipline (i.e., Diploma, Undergraduate Degree, Post Graduate Degree)
- Relevant professional experience and demonstrated ability to design and deliver practical, scalable L&D; programs across diverse workforce groups
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, workplace compliance, safety training, professional accreditation and certifying bodies and learning technologies (LMS, digital learning platforms)
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capability, including evaluating learning impact and reporting on program effectiveness
- Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships with managers, functional leads / teams and other stakeholders If you can demonstrate in your career, proven experience in your field of expertise, enjoy sharing knowledge and can think outside the box, we would love you to join our team.
