We are currently recruiting for a **Full Time Boutique Retail Stock & Inventory Controller** at our **Nespresso Boutique** in **Doncaster**.

**This will be a Full Time role on a Monday
- Friday roster with the occasional weekend required**

**Monday: 8.00-16.30, Tuesday: 11.30-19.30, Wednesday: 8.00-16.30, Thursday: 8.00-15.30 and Friday: 8.00-16.30**

**As a Boutique Retail Stock & Inventory controller.**

Be an integral member of the leadership team and support the operations of the boutique to achieve KPIs and sales targets. As a health and safety champion, you will ensure all areas of the boutique are compliant. You will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, maintaining optimal stock levels, delivering team safety training and providing exceptional customer service.

**Ways to Bring your BEST.**
- Coordinate and manage stock deliveries and requisitions
- Conduct regular stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and balance stock levels
- Continuous improvement of stock management processes
- Maintain communication with the team regarding stock levels and product availability
- Coach and train the team as the Health & Safety Champion, ensuring compliance within all areas of the Boutique
- Assist customers and deliver exceptional service on the Boutique floor
- Collaborate with the VM champion for visual merchandising
- Demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail skills
