The Role:

As the junior commercial property manager, your day-to-day duties will include the below;

Supporting the Property Managers in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties across the Eastern suburbs.

Overseeing lease renewals and ensuring smooth operations

Managing property maintenance and resolving related issues

Handling arrears management and general administrative tasks

Assisting with accounting responsibilities

A solid passion for Commercial property

Previous exposure to Commercial property

Exceptional organizational and administrative skills

Proficiency in written and verbal communication

Your Agents Rep or Agents Licence
