Experienced Dental Assistant – MC Dental Doncaster About the Role MC Dental Doncaster is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and experienced Dental Assistant to join our supportive and professional team. This role is primarily focused on chairside assisting, with the opportunity to support the reception team when required. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
- Assisting dentists during procedures and treatment preparation
- Preparing treatment areas and equipment
- Sterilisation and reprocessing of instruments
- Maintaining infection control standards
- Managing stock and supplies
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, while providing support to colleagues About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 1 year experience in private dental practice in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of infection control procedures
- Reliability, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multitask
- Compassion, care, and a genuine commitment to patient well-being
- A positive work ethic and motivation to contribute to practice growth
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude
- Availability to work weekends
- Experience with Implant and surgical procedures (highly regarded)
- Experience with Dentally software (highly regarded)
