**About the role**
Working in a job‑share arrangement, you will jointly lead a high‑performing communications team across integrated communications, brand and publications. You will manage the day-to-day priorities of the team and be responsible for all external communication activities.
You will also play a critical advisory role in larger cross functional projects. Your communications and engagement experience will ensure we maximise our presence in the community and result in positive outcomes for our customers.
**About you**
- Tertiary qualification in communications or a related field.
- Experience leading a customer-focused communications teams.
- Great problem-solving and influencing skills.
- Certificate in Engagement from the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) desirable.
