ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently looking for someone who is passionate about their own personal and career development and managing our client's assets. You will work closely with our director and one of your key roles is to help manage and grow the portfolio, whilst learning everything there is to know about property management. We offer a unique model of Property Management. The ideal candidate will have:
- Real Estate experience in Property Management
- A minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience is required
- A mature and positive "can do attitude"
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- A desire for continuous improvement and learning
- People skills and ability to build relationships
- Completed their Agents Representative certificate
- Agents Representative certificate must be held at commencement of employment
- Reliable car and driver's license
