Doncaster is 24/7.

We're looking for service stars who enjoy burning

the midnight oil and are keen to work the overnight

shift.

**The Host's areas of responsibility are**:

- Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service
- They also have accountability for the following statistics on their shifts:

- Cost of wages
- Average spend per customer
- Total gross profit
- Number of up-sells and second orders
