As an Area Manager you will be dedicated to ensuring respectful and compassionate collection and transportation of beloved pets to our facility for cremation services. The role involves compassion, empathy and providing peace of mind to pet owners during a sensitive time. - Carrying out pet collections from veterinary clinics, which entails handling deceased animals with respect and dignity (all pets are hygienically bagged and kept chilled)
- Collecting pets from owners’ homes
- Returning pet ashes to clients at home and in veterinary clinics
- Thoroughly reviewing and accurately fulfilling system requirements with meticulous attention to detail
- Ensuring that vehicle and work areas are maintained at the highest standards
- Navigating daily runs with efficiency aligned to the run requirements About you:
- A passion for helping others at difficult times
- Compassion for animals and emotional intelligence
- Exceptional customer service skills, you’re an effective and clear communicator
- Robust organisational skills and thrives working in a clean and tidy environment
- An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional and compassionate manner
- Capable to lift pets of all sizes using safe lifting procedures. Requires ability to lift up to 25kg
