What You'll Be Doing: Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one. Salary and Benefits: Hourly Rate: $30.33 per hour (Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age. Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% for Saturday hours, 100% for Sunday hours, 150% for public holidays). Superannuation: 12% Variable Remuneration: 10% (eligible participants will receive variable remuneration as per the plan’s rules; the first two months are guaranteed while you learn on board).
