Branch Casual Customer Advisor – Banking – Thursday Island We are customer obsessed and aim to deliver the best experience to all customers. The Hours Candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday when required. The first 4 weeks of the role will require full time availability Monday to Friday for training and onboarding. Responsibilities
- Support NAB’s Thursday Island branch by being the first point of contact for our customers.
- Identify the most suitable products and services for customers such as account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital) for customers, making banking simple, easy and secure. Qualifications
