Cellar Door Sales Attendant (Main Ridge)

**Ten Minutes by Tractor** is a family-owned winery renowned for producing premium cool-climate wines in the beautiful hinterland of the Mornington Peninsula. Our cellar door offers immersive tasting experiences that showcase our estate vineyards, winemaking philosophy, and the passion behind our wines.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Cellar Door Sales Attendant** to join our team for the busy summer season and beyond.

**About the Role**

As a Cellar Door Sales Attendant, you will guide guests through wine tastings, provide memorable hospitality, and represent the heritage and spirit of Ten Minutes by Tractor. Your role combines customer service, wine presentation, product knowledge, and retail sales.

You will be part of a small, supportive team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging wine tastings, sharing information about varieties, vintages, winemaking and our estate story
- Present and pour wines, ensuring all wines are checked for quality and served confidently
- Host group tastings and private masterclasses
- Promote wine sales, wine club memberships, and assist customers with purchases, packing and shipping
- Operate POS accurately and handle EFTPOS/cash transactions
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming cellar door environment
- Restock fridges, shelves, and merchandise displays
- Support Petit Tracteur Bistro service when required
- Follow opening/closing procedures and all OHS policies
- General cleaning, glass polishing, waste organisation and other duties as needed

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Previous cellar door, wine retail or hospitality experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine interest in wine and guest interaction
- Punctual, reliable, proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
- RSA required, WSET qualifications will be highly regarded.
