Front of House Manager (Main Ridge)

**Job Summary**

With a focus on customer experience, you will be responsible for assisting with management of the venue, supervision of staff and providing every guest with exceptional experience.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Making and serving amazing coffee
- Management, training and development of staff that lead to exceptional guest experiences every time.
- Working closely with the kitchen to ensure all customer expectations are met.
- Maintaining close relationship with the directors, third parties and suppliers.
- Hands on, self motivated leader
- Competent barista skills
- Experience working in a high volume hospitality venue
- Excellent motivational, leadership and people management skills
- A fantastic approach to customer service
- Ability to create exceptional experiences for our guests celebrating special events
- Sound knowledge of electronic booking systems and Apple computers
- Strong communication and written skills
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety, food safety and ability to enforce all business management policies
- A passion for sustainable produce and sustainable living
- An exceptional level of tenacity, energy and accountability
- Friendly personality and immaculate presentation
- Possess an understanding of wine
