Job Summary
With a focus on customer experience, you will be responsible for assisting with management of the venue, supervision of staff and providing every guest with exceptional experience.
You will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service
Making and serving amazing coffee
Management, training and development of staff that lead to exceptional guest experiences every time.
Working closely with the kitchen to ensure all customer expectations are met.
Maintaining close relationship with the directors, third parties and suppliers.
Hands on, self motivated leader
Competent barista skills
Experience working in a high volume hospitality venue
Excellent motivational, leadership and people management skills
A fantastic approach to customer service
Ability to create exceptional experiences for our guests celebrating special events
Sound knowledge of electronic booking systems and Apple computers
Robust communication and written skills
Knowledge of occupational health and safety, food safety and ability to enforce all business management policies
A passion for sustainable produce and sustainable living
An exceptional level of tenacity, energy and accountability
Friendly personality and immaculate presentation
Possess an understanding of wine
This is the perfect role for and energetic hospitality skilled.

Green Olive at Red Hill is a whole farm experience. We grow olives, grapes, herbs and veggies, hops and bush food as well as raise sheep to create a range of food and wine you'll love!
Green Olive at Red Hill is located one hour from Melbourne, at Red Hill, in the beautiful wine-growing region of the Mornington Peninsula where we farm the good life.
