**About the Role**

Join the Road Maintenance Team as a Road Maintenance Surveillance Officer and play a vital role in ensuring our community's road network meets the highest standards. Reporting to the Senior Road Contract Engineer, you'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, conducting surveillance and audits of contractor work, driving continuous improvement through collaborative partnerships, and contributing to strategic asset management initiatives. This engaging and dynamic role offers variety from storm damage assessments to stakeholder consultation, all while helping deliver safe, quality infrastructure that keeps our community connected and moving forward.
