Service Advisor – Bridgestone Service Centre Drouin Love cars, people, and controlled chaos? Bridgestone Service Centre Drouin is looking for a Service Advisor to join our busy local workshop. We are a family-owned business with a supportive, knowledgeable team and a strong focus on looking after our customers properly. We work hard, have a laugh, and back each other when the day gets busy. As our Service Advisor, you’ll be the person helping keep the front counter, customers, bookings, tyres, parts and workshop moving in the right direction. Basically, you’re the organised human between the customer and the controlled workshop chaos. What you’ll be doing: Greeting customers and booking vehicles in Answering phone calls and helping with enquiries Preparing quotes and invoices Ordering parts and tyres Keeping customers updated on their vehicle Working closely with the technicians and workshop team Helping the day run as smoothly as possible You’ll be a great fit if you: Enjoy talking to people Have a friendly and professional phone manner Can stay organised when things get busy Have good attention to detail Can work well with a team Have a good sense of humour Are willing to learn Automotive knowledge is preferred, but not essential.
