Dairy Farm Hand (Athlone)

We are currently seeking a casual farm hand. We are currently seeking a motivated person/s to join our team at Athlone. We run 2 dairy farms side by side and require 1 person. Position is permanent causal. You will be required to work in a team workplace. Shifts may vary from weekends to week days. Our milking times are from 7am to 11am roughly and 6pm till 10pm roughly. If any of these times may suit you please apply. We currently milk 900 cows through a 50 unit rotary and 450 cows through our 2nd dairy on 60 unit rotary shifts will be worked between both sheds. We have a rotating roster with 10 other staff. Happy to train the right applicants. Main tasks will be preparation of dairy to start milking, Cleaning and cupping cows, clean up of dairy at end of milking. Our farm prides itself on quality milk and expect our staff to do the job to the best ability. Also potential for other farm duties. looking for someone to do between 5 to 8 milkings.
