Trade Counter Assistant
- Drouin About the role As part of the Trade Counter team in Drouin, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly. Your day‑to‑day:
- Provide customer service and information about products
- Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
- Help keep the branch tidy and safe
- Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Experience picking orders, maintaining shop floor displays and ensuring information provided is accurate
- Ability to use a computer and willingness to learn new systems
- Clean, valid driver’s licence and open to working various shifts, including weekends
