Operating within a fast-paced environment, we are looking for someone who can bring creativity, confidence, and initiative into the business while supporting the growth of both the agency and its agents. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As a Marketing Assistant / EA / Sales Assistant, you will play a key support role across sales, marketing, administration, and lead generation activities. You will:
- Assist with property campaigns and marketing coordination
- Create and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, Domain, and other platforms
- Assist with boosting advertisements and managing backend campaign activity
- Brainstorm and contribute new marketing ideas and campaign concepts
- Support agents with open homes and buyer follow-up
- Build and maintain client databases and CRM systems
- Conduct phone-based lead generation and relationship building
- Organise community events and local marketing initiatives
- Prepare property information packs, brochures, and letterbox drops
- Provide administrative support to agents and the wider team
- Assist with appointment coordination and diary management
- Generate leads, referrals, and appraisals that contribute toward business growth
- Certificate of Registration (NSW)
- Strong confidence on the phone and ability to build relationships
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Creative mindset with interest in marketing and branding
- Strong organisational and administrative capability
- Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Professional working proficiency or fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential to liaise with our international clients and stakeholders effectively

- Previous experience within real estate, marketing, or administration
- Experience creating social media or digital marketing content
- Experience with CRM systems, Canva, Meta Ads, or property platforms
