**The Job: Client Relations Manager**: **Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and manage appointments promptly
- Provide information on Géniale's services and additional treatments
- Facilitate doctor-patient consultations
- Ensure completion of consent forms and post-care instructions
- Conduct patient follow-ups and request reviews
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of clinic spaces
- Act as the face and voice of Géniale, embodying our brand values
- Assist with marketing efforts and promotions
- Manage patient enquiries and appointment scheduling
- Handle Medicare billing and claims
- Perform general administration and reception duties

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience in a Medical/Cosmetic/Beauty clinic
- Proficiency in Medicare billing and claiming processes
- Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
