At our Birkenhead Point store, we’re looking for an energetic and customer‑focused **Part-Time Sales Associate** to help us deliver the iconic Coach experience every day.

**About the Role**: As a Sales Associate, you will bring the Coach brand to life by creating meaningful client connections, delivering elevated service, and supporting overall store performance. You’ll play an important part in a collaborative, high-performing retail workplace where your passion for people and product truly matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide warm, genuine, and personalised service to every client
- Build strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain store presentation and uphold visual merchandising standards
- Support daily operations including stock management, replenishment, and POS tasks
- Represent the Coach brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented culture

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or premium retail ideal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach
- Passion for fashion, accessories, and luxury brands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 24 hours per week
