As a Casual Café All-Rounder, you will be an essential part of the Deckhouse team, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. **Responsibilities**

- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to all customers.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and a range of beverages consistently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar, café, and dining areas.

- Ensure all equipment, especially coffee machines, is well-maintained and functional.
- Adhere to all Deckhouse policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a café or hospitality environment, ideally as an all-rounder.
- Demonstrated barista skills with a passion for coffee.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is mandatory.
- Availability for breakfast, lunch, and weekend shifts.
- A positive attitude, robust work ethic, and excellent personal presentation.
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial, especially for early morning and weekend shifts.
