**Digital Content Manager **Welcome to Group Enablement Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. We’re the crucial link between our stores and the stock they need, the IT engine moving our business forward, the strategic connectors streamlining the way we work, and the forward thinkers using tech to transform the retail experience. **What you’ll do**
- In this key Digital Content Manager role you will be supporting product-related content across our digital channels, including the Woolworths website and app.
**A typical day may include**:
- Manage the review and optimisation of product content and data delivery, including carrying out audits of internal processes to create efficiency gains as well support better content creation.
- Using insights from data platforms, monitor the results of our product content work to help drive strategic initiatives to optimise the experience for our online customers.
- Working with technical teams, lead the delivery of CMS improvements that will make using our platforms better. This includes troubleshooting any technical issues or ‘bugs’ and recommending solutions.
- Own the strategic direction of product content and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Woolworths digital product content standards and guidelines, to ensure product content is set up for success at each touch point.Support the Product Data Support squad with quarterly objectives and incident management. This includes participation in Agile project ceremonies, sprints and planning.
- **Who you are**
- A data driven decision maker, with an eye for detail and a focus on the bigger picture.
- Ideally, you’ll have 7+ years of digital content experience, preferably in a retail environment and in positions of leadership.
- Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) to update website content.
- Confident influencing solutions for both internal & external stakeholders, especially at senior levels
- Passionate about both leadership and project delivery management, and about using data to make informed decisions.
- Experience in the development and delivery of digital solutions for BAU functions and portfolio programs
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively, and lead others in the team to do the same.Innovative and forward-thinking, focused on enhancing our customer experience
**Highly desirable, but not essential, training is provided**:
- Experience in programming and MS Excel formulae
- Understanding of JSON structure and format
- Understanding of API Concepts and OOPS (Object Oriented Programing)
- Experience in managing business rules for Product Information Management systems, and Master Data Management
- Knowledge of our internal platforms PIES (Product information Management System), Partner Hub, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and Site Management.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile ceremonies.
- A strong understanding of user analytics, utilising tools like Adobe Analytics, GA 360, or Microsoft Power BI.Experienced creating and managing the product discoverability.
