**Digital Content Specialist **Welcome to Group Enablement Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain and Replenishment experts developing current capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. **What you’ll do In this key role you will be supporting product-related content across our digital channels, mainly on the Woolworths at Work website.

You will oversee the delivery of product content to our business customers (B2B), primarily via the Woolworths at Work website, including content workflows, business rules for platform enhancements, and data governance.

**A typical day may include:
- Manage the delivery of new or updated shopping categories (online aisles) for our product information architecture (website navigation).
- Align the product content quarterly deliverables with campaign activity (eg, Easter and Christmas) across all digital channels to ensure the product content element is set up for success at each touch point
- Manage the integrity of the product data shared with our customers, including conducting internal audits and review of internal processes to ensure the accuracy of product information
- Collaborate with other members of the team as well as technical stakeholders on platform enhancements relating to the flow and management of product content and data
- Shape the strategic direction of product content and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Woolworths digital product content guidelines and process evolutionUsing insights from data platforms, monitor the results of our product content work to help drive strategic initiatives to optimise the experience for our online customers.

**What you’ll bring
- Ideally, you’ll have 4-6 years of digital content experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) to update website content.
- Data driven decision maker, with an eye for detail and a focus on the bigger picture
- Confident influencing solutions for both internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively manage day-to-day operationsInnovative and forward-thinking, focused on enhancing our customer experience

**Highly desirable, but not essential, training is provided:
- Experience in programming and MS Excel formulae
- Understanding of JSON structure and format
- Understanding of API Concepts and OOPS (Object Oriented Programing)
- Experience in managing business rules for PIMs (Product Information Management systems), and MDM (Master Data Management)
- Knowledge of our internal platforms PIES (Product information Management System), Partner Hub, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and Site Management.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile ceremonies.
- A strong understanding of user analytics, utilising tools like Adobe Analytics, GA 360, or Microsoft Power BI.Experienced creating and managing the product discoverability.
