About the Role
As a 2IC, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Business Manager to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing retail team. You’ll be hands-on across all areas of store operations, from coaching and customer service to stock and styling. This is the perfect step for someone ready to take their leadership skills to the next level within a premium, purpose-led brand.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting daily store operations and decision-making
Assisting in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
Delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience
Driving store KPIs and sales performance
Assisting with stock control, visual merchandising, and rostering
Acting as Store Manager when required
Skills and Experiences:

You’re an experienced retail team member or supervisor with a love for people, product, and premium service. You thrive in a leadership workplace and are ready to learn, grow, and contribute to something bigger than just a job.
