Kitchen Hand/cook Hunters Hill

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our busy Manoosh shop team. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation, cleaning, dishwashing, stock handling, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, and dough Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, benches, and food preparation areas Wash dishes, trays, utensils, and kitchen equipment Assist chefs and cooks during busy service times Refill ingredients and restock supplies Receive and organise deliveries Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Remove rubbish and maintain clean waste areas Support opening and closing kitchen duties

Skills and Qualifications Previous kitchen or quick-food experience preferred but not essential Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace Strong teamwork and communication skills Positive attention to cleanliness and organisation Willingness to learn and take direction Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift moderate loads Comfortable working in a hot and busy kitchen environment

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
