Cleaner and Helper for Older Man, Dubbo

Older gentleman requires some help at his farm near Gilgandra. He wants to get, and keep, his farmhouse cleaner than it is at the moment. There’s some cleaning to do and some decluttering to be completed. Perhaps some light assistance with removing things that need to go to the op shop and tip. Once the tidy up is done I just need help with keeping the house reasonably clean and tidy. Just for clarification - this is not an advertisement seeking anything other than help with cleaning, it’s not about someone moving in with me, and I’m a straight cis man for those who might be a little confused.
