- Great Work Life Balance We are excited to welcome our newest Warehouse Operator to our Dubbo Manufacturing Site – where we manufacture Australia's tastiest pet food including Ivory Coat, Trilogy and Stockman & Paddock! This role is part of our EA program and you will be one of our valued hourly workers. Working hours are Mon‑Fri 6:55 am‑3:00 pm with penalties for any overtime. This is a permanent role. Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklift machinery to load, unload, and transport materials within our busy warehouse (including high reach)
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to maintain operational safety standards
- Adhere to company and health and safety regulations at all times
- Support warehouse operations by managing inventory and organising storage areas efficiently
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials Qualifications and Experience Required
- Must have a valid forklift operator certification (proof required)
- Previous experience in forklift operation, preferably within a fast‑paced environment
- Understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse setting
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills Work Environment and Physical Demands This role involves manual handling tasks and the operation of heavy machinery, necessitating physical stamina and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should be prepared to work in various temperatures and environments within the warehouse. A pre‑employment medical is part of our recruitment process. - Attend a face‑to‑face interview

- Proficiency and licences in both counterbalance and high reach forklift
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideally in FMCG
- Experience with QAD or other warehouse management systems
- Proficient in the use of computers including intermediate Excel and Outlook email
- Positive attitude and team playerHappy to take a hands‑on approach
- Excellent attention to detail
