Total Physiotherapy is a Sydney-based allied health and rehabilitation provider delivering high-quality physiotherapy, mobility, wellness, and community rehabilitation services to a diverse range of clients. Through a multidisciplinary and holistic approach, the business supports clients in injury recovery, pain management, mobility improvement, functional independence, and long-term wellbeing outcomes. On behalf of Total Physiotherapy, we are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Wellness Rehabilitation Coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating therapeutic wellness, recreational, and rehabilitation participation programs designed to support clients' physical, emotional, cognitive, and social wellbeing in conjunction with physiotherapy and allied health treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate therapeutic wellness, recreational, and rehabilitation participation programs for clients undergoing physiotherapy and allied health treatment Assist in the planning and implementation of structured wellbeing, leisure, and community participation activities tailored to individual client needs and rehabilitation goals Support and encourage client participation in mobility, lifestyle, social, cognitive, and wellbeing-focused activities designed to promote independence and quality of life Collaborate with physiotherapists and allied health professionals to facilitate therapeutic activity programs aligned with client care plans Monitor client participation, wellbeing progress, and engagement outcomes, and report observations to the allied health team Facilitate therapeutic recreational and social activities that support physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing outcomes Assist clients in participating in community-based wellness, lifestyle, and rehabilitation initiatives Maintain client participation records, progress notes, and wellbeing program documentation Liaise with carers, family members, healthcare providers, and support coordinators regarding client wellbeing and participation programs Assist in coordinating wellness workshops, health education sessions, and community outreach activities Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with workplace health and safety procedures, client care standards, and organisational policies Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification (at least Certificate III). At least one year of relevant experience in rehabilitation support, community health, wellbeing services, or therapeutic activity coordination Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals. Strong understanding of client wellbeing, rehabilitation participation, and therapeutic support principles. Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional approach to client care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting. Salary: This is a full time position with competitive remuneration between $77,000
