Project Manager – Mobile App Launch (6-Month Contract) Location: Sydney, NSW Daily-rate: $800-$900 per day inc. Super Role Overview You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of a major mobile app launch, owning the go-to-market strategy, coordinating complex technology streams, and partnering closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and external vendors. This role suits a delivery-focused PM who thrives in fast-moving, multi-stream environments and knows how to keep stakeholders aligned and vendors accountable. Key Responsibilities Mobile app delivery — Drive planning, execution, and readiness activities for a high-visibility app launch. Go-to-market strategy — Shape and coordinate GTM activities across marketing, product, and customer teams. Technology stream management — Oversee multiple technical components, dependencies, and delivery milestones. Vendor management — Hold external partners accountable for timelines, quality, and deliverables. Stakeholder engagement — Work with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Exec stakeholders to ensure alignment. Cross-stream coordination — Manage complexity across several concurrent workstreams. Business & marketing execution — Ensure business readiness, customer-facing communications, and launch activities are delivered on time. About You Proven experience delivering mobile apps, digital products, or customer-facing technology. Solid background in go-to-market planning and launch execution. Confident managing vendors, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders. Able to bring structure, clarity, and momentum across complex delivery environments.
