Team Member Driver - Resource Recovery (New South Wales)

Resource Recovery Team Member Driver, a permanent role, supports waste and recycling services across the Inner West, leading a small crew and operating collection vehicles. Responsibilities Operate waste compaction and collection vehicles across day or night shifts. Lead and support a small team to complete assigned collection runs. Collect, load and transport waste and recyclables across multiple service streams. Maintain compliance with WHS requirements, road rules and Council procedures. Engage respectfully with community members and minimise disruption. Qualifications & Requirements Class HR Driver's Licence, basic computer skills and literacy. Strong customer service focus, conscientiousness and reliability. Ability to perform work safely, ensuring the safety of team members and the public. Suitable level of fitness relative to the position. Willingness to work flexibly across all collection services in a team-based, customer-focused environment. Experience operating mechanical road plant in a high-density urban workplace. Compensation: $75,****** – $83,****** plus 12% superannuation.
