Food Production & Packing Line Worker (New South Wales)

We are seeking Food Production, Packing Line Workers to become part of our team across AM, PM & Night Shift (20% Shift Loading from 6pm to 6am). Measure ingredients and mix raw materials. Monitor dough/product quality and line performance, reporting and escalating any deviations. Production and Packing lines. Clean equipment and workspace. Work safely and adhere to safe practices. Key skills required to be successful in this role Ability to work with various food types such as wheat, whole meal, cheese, meat (bacon), etc. Manual handling up to 25kgs. Robust communication skills (written and verbal). High attention to detail with a positive attitude. Previous experience in a similar role within food manufacturing or in hospitality (Preferred but not essential). Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask. Able to stand for long periods at a time. Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts in a temperature-controlled environment. Good communication skills (both written and verbal). Understanding of workplace and food safety (HACCP). Basic understanding of HACCP principles (formal certification preferred but not required
