The portfolio is organised, streamlined, and designed for efficiency, allowing you to focus on delivering quality service.
- Building and maintaining strong landlord & tenant relationships
- Handling escalations and providing solutions‑focused outcomes
- Managing arrears, maintenance, and compliance
- Attending and preparing for tribunal hearings when required

- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
