Security Officer Dubbo

About the role

Western Plains Security & Network is seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Dubbo, NSW, this role will involve providing security services to our valued clients across the region. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a protected and secure environment through vigilant monitoring, access control and emergency response.

What you'll be doing Conducting regular patrols and monitoring security systems to identify and respond to any potential threats or incidents Controlling access to client sites and facilities, including checking identification and escorting visitors as required Providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and the general public Responding promptly and professionally to emergency situations, in line with established protocols Maintaining accurate and detailed records of activities, incidents and observations Adhering to all relevant health, safety and security policies and procedures

What we're looking for Current Security Guard Licence (NSW) or ability to obtain one Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities A commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining the safety and security of our clients Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays Valid Australian work visa accepted for this position

Pay: $33.00 – $45.00 per hour
