About the Role

As our Courtesy Vehicle Driver, you will provide a prompt and friendly service throughout our local community.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to our club patrons;

Drive our Club patrons safely to their home via our courtesy bus service.

Drive our members and guests to attend events

Always be familiar with the Club's products, offers, procedures and policies; ensuring compliance with the Clubs policies and any incidents reported accordingly;

Operate the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff

Sign in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessments

Be adaptable and available to work evenings & weekends inline with the hospitality needs of our members and guests.

Ability to travel and work from each of the 3 Workers Club Venues.

Requirements

Drive courtesy vehicle experience is preferred

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation

Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints

Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook

Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card

Full Driver's license with clean driving record

Current First Aid certification, or willing to obtain; and

Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
