State Logistics Manager (New South Wales)

Overview Are you ready to lead our NSW team? Join Visy Logistics as the State Transport Manager in a dynamic and progressive business! Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations across fleet, drivers and logistics teams Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, CoR and regulatory standards Monitor and facilitate repairs and maintenance of vehicles and equipment Drive productivity, innovation and commercial improvement across every touchpoint Deliver exceptional customer service and industry‐leading DIFOT results Manage budgets, forecasts and P&L; performance with strong commercial discipline Build and nurture high‐performing teams with a focus on safety, accountability and growth Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience in logistics, transport & warehouse leadership at a senior level. Solid financial acumen, experienced in budgeting, forecasting, P&L; management and commercial decision‐making. Exceptional knowledge and understanding of HSE and COR requirements. SAP, WMS & TMS knowledge will be highly regarded (Ramco experience is preferred) The ability to balance growth ambitions with safety, compliance and service excellence. Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring high‐performing teams.
