Key Details Employment type: Permanent, part-time (4-hours per fortnight) Shift information: Alternate Saturdays, 09:00am – 01:00pm Location: Slade Pharmacy Lingard, located within Lingard Private Hospital. - We welcome all registered Pharmacists to apply. With training provided, this is the perfect chance to transition into hospital pharmacy and broaden your clinical experience. Saturday only, permanent role – A low-hour, permanent position that provides the certainty to plan your weekends, without the unpredictability of casual employment. About The Role In this role, you will provide hands‐on clinical pharmacy services, support patient care, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team. It's the perfect environment to sharpen your skills and gain experience that can open doors to future opportunities within our network. Key Responsibilities Provide medication counselling and education to patients Dispense and distribute medications efficiently and accurately Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within a hospital setting Conduct therapeutic drug monitoring and manage medication outcomes and adverse drug reactions Conduct medication history interviews, medication reconciliation, and pharmaceutical reviews at transfers of care Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care What You'll Bring You are an adaptable Pharmacist who possess strong communication, interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload to deliver the best possible care to patients. Hospital experience isn't required as we'll provide comprehensive training to support your transition. Essential Requirements Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-months from date of employment. Ability to work the advertised shifts. Pharmacist registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice. Personal Indemnity insurance. Bonus Points For Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy. Familiarity with FRED Dispensing.
