- Deliver complex end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx processes and contract negotiations.
- Support the development and execution of category strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
- Provide expert procurement and commercial advice to stakeholders across the business.
- Lead and facilitate cross‑functional project teams to deliver sourcing initiatives.
- Prepare and negotiate supplier agreements in line with governance and probity requirements.
- Identify, manage and mitigate procurement risks.
- Monitor sourcing outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement and capability uplift. Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management within a complex workplace.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse markets and supplier opportunities.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Experience leading sourcing projects and facilitating cross‑functional teams.
- Strong understanding of procurement governance, risk management, and probity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare high‑quality procurement documentation. Highly Regarded
- Experience within NSW Government procurement frameworks.
- Exposure to infrastructure, construction, facilities management, or direct procurement categories.
