Our clinics in Hornsby and Chatswood are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate. The role is a full time position working Monday
- Friday, with shifts between 7am-9pm. Role Overview As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Responsibilities
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers. Qualifications
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
- Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
