Senior Mechanical Engineer: Plant Reliability & CAPEX Lead …, New South Wales

InfraBuild Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and improving plant performance over the long term. What you will be doing:
- Investigating equipment reliability issues and implementing long-term corrective actions
- Acting as the engineering authority on equipment safety and design integrity
- Developing and improving preventative and condition‑based maintenance strategies
- Identifying and delivering plant improvement and optimisation initiatives
- Scoping and delivering CAPEX projects, from concept to commissioning
- Leading condition monitoring programs to improve asset reliability
- Supporting plant shutdowns with engineering input and oversight
- Coordinating inspections and translating findings into practical solutions
- Maintaining engineering and maintenance documentation
- Mentoring engineers and supporting team capability development
- Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to prioritise work You will be rewarded with:
