Where would you fit? x15 is looking for a Procurement Senior Manager to lead procurement governance, commercial strategy, and supplier management across x15 and its ventures. This is an opportunity to shape how ventures engage third parties, optimise commercial value, and manage supplier risk in a fast‑moving innovation environment. Role Overview As the Procurement Senior Manager, you will act as the procurement SME across x15 and partner closely with ventures, risk, security, legal, and technology SMEs to drive strategic procurement outcomes. You’ll lead complex negotiations, improve procurement practices, and ensure solid governance and compliance across third‑party engagements. Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Supplier Management
- Lead high‑value and high‑risk commercial negotiations
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships
- Drive commercial optimisation and cost‑saving initiatives
- Partner with Legal on complex contractual arrangements Procurement Governance & Compliance
- Act as SME for procurement, supplier, and third‑party policies
- Ensure compliance with Group procurement and payment policies
- Monitor and implement policy and process changes
- Manage procurement‑related escalations, exemptions, and exceptions Procurement Operations Leadership
- Oversee end‑to‑end procurement processes across ventures
- Support supplier selection, onboarding, and contract management
- Improve procurement processes and ways of working Business Delivery
- Provide delivery and execution expertise to support x15 and its Ventures in:
- Prioritising initiatives
- Managing delivery activities
- Supporting execution outcomes
- Ensuring alignment to strategy and OKRs
- Assist teams to embed effective operational and delivery practices. Experience What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial negotiation, or supplier management
- Experience operating in complex or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of procurement governance and risk management Commercial Capability
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Strong supplier relationship management experience
- Ability to balance commercial outcomes with risk and compliance requirements Skills
