- BioProduction” role is a laboratory-based biotech position focused on microbial production, fermentation, formulation, and experimental R&D; for agricultural carbon and soil-health products.

Typical Job Description

Based on recent postings from Loam Bio, the role usually includes:

Conducting microbial cultivation and fermentation experiments

Supporting formulation development for fungal and bacterial products

Performing downstream processing (DSP) and quality-control testing

Running stability and substrate optimization tests

Recording experimental data and preparing technical reports

Maintaining lab equipment and biosafety/GLP compliance

Collaborating with R&D; and formulation teams across locations

Qualifications We Look For:

Typical requirements include:

BS or MS in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field

2 to 4 years biotech or lab experience preferred

Hands-on experience with:

microbial culturing

fermentation

bioprocessing

formulation work

QC/QA procedures

Familiarity with laboratory documentation and biosafety standards
