About the Role As the Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the service. Your responsibilities will include: Scheduling and coordinating appointments Managing diary bookings and clinician calendars Answering and directing phone enquiries Scanning and maintaining electronic records Providing professional customer service to clients and stakeholders Supporting administrative processes and maintaining accurate documentation You will work closely with Speech Pathologists and the Community Health Centre Manager in a supportive and collaborative environment. About You We are looking for someone who is: Highly organised with strong time management skills Friendly, professional and customer‐focused Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills Comfortable working with a diverse range of colleagues and clients Confident using computer systems and technology Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team Previous administration experience in a healthcare or community setting will be highly regarded, however training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant.
