Distribution Admin (New South Wales)

Chandler Macleod is seeking a full-time administrative clerk to support the very busy dispatch and distribution team at Baiada, Pendle Hill. About the role: Monitoring the product scanning of incoming and outgoing products Administration of all incoming and outgoing emails Processing incoming and outgoing products on Cedar Creek/SAGE Monitor and process incoming and outgoing vehicles and trucks. Maintain safety processes. Supporting the team on the forklift, if needed. About You You will have prior experience in warehouse distribution, which is essential for this role. You will also hold a current forklift licence. Strong communication skills and computer literacy are required, with knowledge of Cedar Creek and a basic understanding of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite considered advantageous. You will be available to work 8 hours per day, five days per week, and will report directly to the Distribution Manager.
